Traumatic experiences usually happen suddenly and without warning, they can have a major, sometimes devastating emotional impact on the basic beliefs and personal perception of meaning and purpose of life.

Traumatic incidents are outside of our normal range of experience and we faced with not knowing what to do or how to behave. Critical event may affect the image that we have of ourselves and may change our responses in the crisis as how we expected or wanted to behave.

We offer a structured and supportive a Critical Incident Stress Debriefing group meeting within 1 to 7 days following a traumatic incident to review with the victims of a traumatic incident, their thoughts, impressions, feelings and symptoms following a traumatic event.
